Directions: Dissolve the contents of one Stick Pack (350 Billion CFUs) into one or two ounces of distilled water and consume once daily. Each container has fifteen opaque, foil-lined, oxygen-free stick packs of 4.5 grams of a diverse blend of probiotic strains to support a healthy gut microbiome.

Each Packet is produced with 650 Billion CFU at time of manufacture.

If you are on a "maintenance" routine the length of time a container will last is one month if taken every other day. Please review the list of common hazards that destroy the beneficial gut bacteria below and attempt to lower your exposure.

If you cannot reduce the hazards, you will want to continue taking one packet every other day.

Once you have eliminated most of your exposure to the hazards you will need to only "re-inoculate" once weekly to maintain a robust relationship between the good and bad gut bacteria.

As you repopulate the good bacteria, the bad bacteria will be dying off. If this happens too fast for your body to remove the toxins you can get side effects.

Potential "side effects" you may experience as you transition from bad bacteria to good bacteria:

Bloating. This is temporary and, if it happens, it will normally diminish in a few days.

Headache. Coffee enemas, up to five a day, may be needed to get rid of the headache. Also, you may need to go to an every-other-day routine for a few days and then test if you can resume your every day routine without getting a headache.

The good news is that feelings of depression fade, if you have been having them, and happiness becomes a regular feeling.
